Welcome to my PhotoBlog!

I am Robyn L. Poarch
I have an Associates Degree in Photography from Salt Lake Community College.
I have been a photographer for 12 years.
I have shown my work in Coffee Shops, Cafes and Group Exhibits with the Utah Arts Alliance.
I’ve been published in the Utah 24/7 state book, SLC Photo Club “What makes Utah” and “Urban Decay” exhibit books.
I have won several ribbons over the years at the Utah State Fair.

On a personal note:

I shoot with Nikon DSLR, Nikon Glass, Nikon Speedlights.
I use Alien Bees studio lights on location and in studio.
I have several toy cameras that I enjoy shooting with – I will even use them in portrait, engagement and bridals if willing.

I will work TFP if you have an interesting idea or concept.

100 Y.O. basements are cool!

On Monday I had the opportunity to shoot in the basement of the Jvdge building in downtown Salt Lake City – it was very clean for its age and had all kinds of really cool walls, holes, pipes and even the old store fronts under the sidewalks! It was dusty, hot and so much fun!!...
